Q: Do you work with my installer, architect or general contractor?
A: CCW will work with anyone involved with your project. If your installer needs help we will be available to answer questions. We can act as the lead designer on a project or be part of a team.

Q: Does CCW have to do my installation?
A: No, we will provide your installer with a complete set of schematics and all necessary information they will need to complete the installation. In addition, we will be available during the process to answer questions pertaining to the project.

Q: How do counter tops work?
A: Once your base cabinets are installed we have your cabinets “templated”. This means someone will come to your home and take a mock up of your counter top in foam core. As soon as possible your counter tops will be installed. Sink and faucet holes will be made at time of template, so it is important that your fridge, freezer, sink, faucet, and any other appliance are on site.

Q: What if I have my own counter top that I would like to use?
A: Not a problem. CCW will be involved in as much or as little of your project as you would like.

Q: What product lines do you offer?
Cabinetry: Wood-Mode and Brook-Haven
Counter Tops: All solid and stone surfaces, corian, zodiaq, laminate, granite, marble, slate, etc.
Appliances: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Asko and Franke
In addition, we have the availability to obtain many different lines of kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Currently, from the day of deposit Wood-Mode orders take ten to twelve weeks and Brook-Haven take eight to ten weeks.

Q: How does the product arrive at my site?
A: The product will arrive at your home on a large truck. Your project will be one of many deliveries the truck will be making so it will be scheduled a few days prior. You will need people to unload the truck and bring your delivery somewhere it will be protected from the elements.

Q: What if I am not ready for my delivery?
A: If you are not ready for your shipment, let CCW know asap. We will discuss alternative solutions with you.

Q: Do you have designers on staff?
A: All CCW designers are full time and on staff. Any one of them will be able to handle all of your needs.

Q: How does the process work, can you give me the highlights?
A: After we have our first meeting we will give you some homework. We will ask you to pull together some pictures from magazines that you like and look through our catalogs. After that we will do a site measure or work from your architect’s plans. We will spec out appliances that we sell or we will need a list of appliances that you are going to use. After that you will need to decide what door style and finish you would like. We will then go to work laying out your kitchen and create computer renders. Following that we will have another meeting either on site or in the showroom to go through the project and make changes and revisions.

Q: Is there a design fee?
A: CCW has no design fee. That means there is no charge for client meetings, site visits, measurements, meetings with contractors and for creating all designs both on paper and 3-D cad renderings.
Please be advised that until a client places an order with CCW, the plans remain property of CCW. In the event the client elects to purchase the plans and not place an order for CCW cabinetry, CCW makes no guarantee as to the effectiveness of the plan as other cabinetry substitutions may not work as well structurally, functionally, and/or esthetically.

Q: Who do you sell to?
A: CCW works with the trade as well as with private clients. We have worked with many architectural firms in assisting them with all their cabinetry needs.

Q: What if I don’t live near your showroom can you still work for me?
A: Yes! We have worked on projects in all different parts of the country as well as internationally. Our product is manufactured in Pennsylvania so no matter what Wood-Mode dealer you use, your product comes from there.

Q: What areas of my house or apartment can you help me with?
A: We have worked on kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, offices, entertainment centers, closets and laundry rooms-- anywhere you are in need of cabinets, we will design your space.
