Probably the single most important key to the success of your project is selecting a designer you can comfortably work with. Of course design skill is the primary criteria, but you should also be looking for a great listener, a creative perfectionist and a clever problem solver. After the first meeting, your designer we will give you some homework, asking you to pull together some pictures that you like from magazines and from our catalogs. We will discuss your current space...likes and dislikes... as well as the vision, aesthetic and functionality of your new space. All of our designers are pros at measuring...or we work from your architect's plans. Our designers will provide a full set of hand drawings and elevations as well as multiple 3-D computer generated renders. This is the fun part, but you will need the guidance of a seasoned designer to help keep the project on budget. Flexibility is important...the final tweaks often significantly add to the "WOW!" factor. Wood-Mode orders take ten to twelve weeks and Brookhaven take six to eight weeks. CCW will provide your installer with a complete set of schematics and all necessary information they will need to complete the installation.
